At Green Promo Wear (GPW), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our returns and refund policy.
1. How to Request a Return
If you need to return an item due to quality issues, incorrect sizing, or other concerns, please contact us via email support@greenpromowear.com, providing all necessary details and photos of the item in question.
Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions, including the return address.
2. Handling Returned Items
Return Address: The specific return facility will be shared with you after approval.
Returned items are handled as follows:
Donated: As most items feature custom logos, they will not be restocked or resold. This is why we do our best to ensure the right sizes for everyone.
After 30 days, unclaimed items will instead be donated.
3. Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address: If the provided address is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to the facility. In such cases You will need to cover reshipment costs after updating the address.
Unclaimed Items: Shipments not claimed by the recipient will also be returned. Reshipment costs will apply.
Customer Returns: Returns due to buyer’s remorse are handled at our discretion. Additional costs for reshipping or new orders may apply.
Wrong Size: If the provided size is clearly incorrect, you are free to request a different size without extra charge. After approval, we will cover reshipment costs and costs for a similar item but with a different size.
4. Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for misprints, damages, or defects must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the issue, and we will process a replacement or refund at no cost.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier for more details. Unfortunately, we cannot reship or refund such orders unless the carrier accepts a claim.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for health or hygiene-related items (e.g., face masks), even if unused.
5. Special Rules for Brazil
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Evaluation will determine eligibility for a refund.
