International Shipping: Green Promo Wear are not responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to international shipments.
Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Please note that Returns for custom garments with a logo may not be accepted unless the item is defective or that it clearly is the wrong size.
Refund Process: To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@greenpromowear.com. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
